Preparation for a career in the food service industry, this
program covers all phases of food service operation, including
career assessment, sanitation, safety, equipment, food science,
basic and intermediate culinary skills, purchasing, cost control,
supervision, and restaurant management and production. The

diploma issued by the Educational Foundation of the National

Two options are offered. The Apparel Design option prepares
the student with those skills necessary to coordinate original
design concepts with manufacturing and merchandising techniques.
Apparel Merchandising provides training for jobs in fashion
coordinating, promotion, visual presentation, management,

in the field of interior design, interior decoration and home

The programs offers a strong foundation in most aspects of
music, as preparation for further study, including transfer
to a four-year institution. Music history, theory, performance
and applied study (instrumental, voice or keyboard) are offered.
