Health Requirements for CNA Program American River College works cooperatively with the State of California Department of Health Services and local health care facilities to ensure that allied health students meet or exceed minimum requirements for health professionals and are free of communicable or disabling disease that would interfere with the activities required for the program for which they are applying. Requirements vary within the allied health programs. Consult your professor regarding the specific requirements for the program in which you are enrolled. HEALTH CENTER CLEARANCE FOR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE IS BASED ON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING COMPLETION OF ALL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS. *ARC Health Services only offers a combined Rubeola (Measles)/Mumps/Rubella (German Measles) vaccine. **The $50.00 cost is for the combination MMR vaccine. ***Available to age 18 or older. Those under age must be referred to outside resources.
