Library Services During Construction
During construction library services will move to the portable village. Most of our services will continue, although there are some notable impacts.
The following services will continue in the portables:
- Reference Assistance
- Research Appointments
- Orientations
- Book checkouts
- Course Reserves
- Computers for Research
|
The following services will be impacted while in the portables:
- Delayed access to books: most of the collection will be stored in a warehouse
that's inaccessible to the public
- Seating will be reduced to 90 seats, down from 400 in the current library
- There will be no group study rooms
