We are just about to launch a complete retooled version of our On-line Requisition process. The new system is called Digital Store Front by a company named EFI. We are all very excited about the change as it will allow for job tracking for both you and our staff. Definitely something that's been missing in our current system. Look for a soft launch just after Summer session starts up and training in the ITC by Don Reid to get everyone familiar with all that it brings!
For some reason, since the last update of Firefox, jobs submitted through our online system have not been making it through to us. Everything looks ok on your end, but, you never get a confirmation. This means we did not receive the job. A replacement system is coming, so until then, just use Internet Explorer and watch to be sure you get confirmations for every job you submit.
You can order your printing on-line through our Web Printing Requisition. Give it a shot, it's very easy, and if you have any questions what so ever, please don't hesitate to give us a call!
The Spring 2008 ARC Academic Planning Calendar designed by Joan Sutherland in IMS that we produce is now available download in PDF format. You can either come by our office and pick up a copy, or print one off yourself.
